About the Author :
Kanti Gopal Kovvali is the founder of Institution Builders HR Solutions, a mindset change boutique firm that partners with organizations on UNLEARNING using systems thinking philosophy and methods. He believes in the power of context in shaping organizational and team culture and performance. He has been trained in Large Scale Change Management (LSIP) by Kathleen Dannemiller, a globally renowned exponent of this methodology.
For more than two decades, Kanti has provided consulting services to multinational and Indian companies across the sectors of manufacturing, engineering, financial services, IT, pharmaceutical, social, and educational. His work has focused largely on change management, operations, and human resources. He has also been a visiting faculty member at both Tata Institute of Social Sciences and Narsee Mongee Institute of Management Studies.
Kanti' passion for social change has led him to be associated with transformation work of non-profit organizations including the Butterflies (which works with street children), the Chinmaya Organization for Rural Development (based in Himachal Pradesh), World Blind Union, Azim Premji Foundation and Oxfam.
