Product Description

One of the hardest things to do in life is saying no to someone or something. In many cases people believe that saying no can be considered as rude or unsocial on their part and thus they are pressured to do or say something that they do not actually mean. This is not limited to only youngsters experiencing peer pressure, but can also be noticed in the lives of adults, in both the professional and personal spheres. Don't Say Yes When You Want To Say No: Making Life Right When It Feels All Wrong is a book that helps people live the life that they truly want to.
This book is more of a guidebook that helps people realise their strengths and weaknesses and helps them deal with issues in both their private and professional lives. The book includes several chapters on what the authors have termed the Assertiveness Training Technique, which is designed to help people enhance and hone their assertiveness in daily life situations.
The assertiveness techniques discussed in the book Don't Say Yes When You Want To Say No: Making Life Right When It Feels All Wrong can be used to enhance one’s personality in order to achieve recognition and respect in the workplace, improve a marriage, and even add some extra spice to the sex life. In addition, the book also helps people break negative habits and replace them with positive and self empowering ones. The reissue edition of this book was published by RHUS in 1975 and is available in paperback.
