With the increase in stress, the methods of meditation taught by the Buddha are becoming increasingly popular especially among the youth.
However, this focus on stress reduction - on "feeling good" - often results in superficial engagement with Dhamma - the comprehensive understanding of the human realm as expounded by the Buddha.
An attempt has been made in this book to present these pristine teachings in an idiom that would resonate with the inquisitive minds of youth using, as far as possible, the words of the Buddha as preserved in the Tipiṭaka.
