Shivoham combines gymnastics, weightlifting and strength conditioning to ensure all his clients at CrossFitOM, his gym in Mumbai, are fit. He also guides them as a nutritionist and physiotherapist. He ascribes to the philosophy that the fitness journey starts in the mind and training it is just as important as physical exercise in order to achieve fitness goals.
