In 2013, she took on the role of President of the Professional Association of Early Years and Childcare (PACEY) - an organisation with over 35,000 members in the UK. Penny is a well-known speaker and trainer. She regularly works with nurseries and preschools in the UK and Turkey and has supported nurseries in China, Dubai and Hong Kong. Mel Four is a book designer and illustrator. She lives in London with her husband and two sons.
