From the age of 13, Nysa has been an extremely passionate baker, always willing to try novel desserts and unheard-of combinations. This enthusiasm runs through all her accomplishments, from starting a baking business, “Buttercream Patisserie”, to excelling in academics.
Years of cultivating this hobby has led to the successful establishment of her very own company, its products enjoyed by not only her friends and family, but also by residents across the city. Her simplistic yet elegant style is reflected in each one of her carefully crafted desserts. However, this venture breaks the conventions of a typical bakery through the initiative ‘Joys of Baking’. Children from any social strata look forward to cutting cakes inspired by their favourite characters, or chocolates on their birthdays. Unfortunately, not all families are able to give this simple joy to their children due to financial constraints. Hence, revenue earned through orders is utilised to make unique cakes to celebrate each child’s special day.
