Product Description

The 40 Rules Of Love follows Ella Rubinstein, an ordinary housewife whose quiet life is stirred by a manuscript about the 13th‑century Sufi poet Rumi and his mentor Shams of Tabriz. A timeless tale of faith, love, and transformation, this novel blends literary fiction with spiritual insight, inviting adult readers who relish character-driven journeys and lyrical prose to discover how love can redefine a life.

Written in a supple, accessible voice, The 40 Rules Of Love weaves Ella's present with the age‑old story of Rumi and Shams, creating a dialogue across centuries. The forty rules of life and love are threaded through the plot as both a compass and a mirror, inviting readers to test their own beliefs about devotion, and courage. The book's rich Sufi mysticism, poetry, and vivid settings transport you from a quiet kitchen to the fabled streets of Konya, all without losing the warmth of human connection.

Whether you come to The 40 Rules Of Love as fiction or as a meditation on spiritual longing, you'll move through ideas about faith, freedom, and friendship in approachable, often luminous prose. The experience is made enjoyable by its careful pacing, its balance of intimate scenes and sweeping ideas, and its ability to make ancient wisdom feel immediate and practical for modern life. Fans of lyrical storytelling will appreciate the way Rumi's rules surface in Ella's choices, illuminating how love can heal, challenge, and transform.
