There are various topics, like: behaviours, habits, daily routine, happiness, decision (to do something)-commit-affirm-validate, emotional intelligence, discomfort/feeling fuzzy, maturity, healing, better things to do for self, fall in love with the process, improve n increase ones resistance, look at the new perspective, jot down the points (for: dream moment, things that will make one happy, questions n problems that need to think n answer it, signs that shows the mental/emotional breakdown, detox the mind, reminders for what one is doing in their life, to live for self, thinking (positive, distorted n negative), 8 ancient teachings of zen to navigate into the modern world), the importance of music/songs/books/anything one love/thanking behavior, habits/lifestyle affecting health (body parts/body), goals (home, work, income, etc) set for enjoying n not chasing it, being creative (is an expression of oneself), mantras for oneself to keep in mind and repeat everyday, inner voice, simplicity (clean n clear thinking), value of sufferings. There are essays written in a simple language and i have started thinking about it. It has covered: personal, professional & social areas. Some topics are repeated in this book. But it's okay to refresh it again in one's thoughts.
