Joseph Nguyen is onto something when he differentiates between thoughts and thinking. Thoughts are the raw material from which we create our lives, but thinking is the reason for all suffering in our life. Another watershed statement he makes is,"We suffer not because of the content of our thoughts, but because we of the fact that we think." The key to happiness is to learn to snap out of thinking as soon as we can.

A must-read book which is as simple as it is profound!!
